World Wars Review

I must say I really enjoyed this class. It was this or Western Civ,and I know now that I made the right choice. I learned things this year that I never knew about before. I loved the movies and mainly The Pacific. I also thought the blog concept was very cool. Not much homework either. All in all I really enjoyed this class ,and I totally recomend that everyone take it in the future.

The Pacific

I really am glad I got a chance to watch The Pacific. When I first heard of the series, I wasn't on board with the idea. I felt it would be a cheap miniseries full of bad acting, no story, and over the top death scenes. However, it was way more then that. It showed great depth on the lives of these men who were risking their lives. It had some aweosme effects,and some terrific death scenes. Most of all it was just a very unique series,and it also had a great message of brotherhood behind it as well. All in all I loved The Pacific,and I will definently watch all the episodes in the not to distant future.
